REFUND POLICY
This Refund and Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through the aerøne.com website, operated by Imperium Trade PR, Aerøne brand, with its registered seat at Nevesinjska 12, Vranje, Serbia, company registration number 68209331, tax number 115241096, and activity code 4791 – retail sale via mail order or via Internet. Customers who believe that a product is defective, damaged, or not in conformity with their order may submit a complaint by contacting us at support@dashboard-aø.com. Complaints must include the order ID and a brief description of the issue. Upon receiving the complaint, Imperium Trade PR will review the matter and provide a response within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations. If a complaint is approved, the customer will be offered an appropriate solution such as repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the specific circumstances.
Customers have the right to request a refund within fourteen days from the date of delivery. Refunds requested within this period are processed without questions asked, and the cost of return shipping is covered by Imperium Trade PR. All refunds are credited exclusively to the original payment card used for the purchase, and refunds cannot be issued in cash or to any other payment method. Refund requests submitted after fourteen days from delivery will be handled at our discretion. Such refunds are not guaranteed, and if approved, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Exchanges may be requested only within twenty-four hours of placing the order. After this period, exchange requests cannot be accepted, and customers wishing to make changes will be directed to request a refund instead. After twenty-four hours, all requests automatically fall under the conditions of this Refund and Exchange Policy.
All products sold on aerøne.com are eligible for refunds and returns, including clothing, phone cases, speakers, and sport electronics such as earphones and earpods. Refunds will be processed regardless of whether the product shows signs of use, although customers are encouraged to return items in the best possible condition.
To request a refund, customers must contact us exclusively by email at support@dashboard-aø.com. Refund requests cannot be submitted or processed by phone. Customers must provide their order ID as the first and primary piece of verification. Additional proof of purchase may be requested only when necessary to confirm identity and prevent misuse. This may include the order confirmation received at the time of purchase, the customer’s full name, surname, delivery address, or in limited cases, the last four digits of the payment card used for the original transaction. This information is used solely for verification and fraud prevention. Once the request is verified, the refund process will begin without unnecessary delay.
After a refund request is approved, the customer remains obligated to return the product. If the customer fails to return the item after receiving a refund, this will be considered misuse of the refund process, and the customer will be permanently banned from making future purchases on aerøne.com.
Refunds are issued promptly after approval, in accordance with the rules of the card networks and our payment processor, CorvusPay. Refunds can only be made to the same card used for the original transaction and cannot be issued in cash.
