AMBASSADOR AGREEMENT

This Ambassador Agreement governs the cooperation between Imperium Trade PR, Aerøne brand, located at Nevesinjska 12, Vranje, Serbia, company registration number 68209331, tax ID 115241096, activity code 4791 – retail sale via mail order or via Internet, and any approved ambassador who promotes our products for a commission. By applying to become an ambassador or by promoting any Aerøne product, the ambassador confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined here, and that they meet all legal requirements to participate in promotional activities within their jurisdiction.

Ambassadors are not employees of Imperium Trade PR. They act as independent individuals and are not entitled to employee benefits, salaries, guarantees, or protections reserved for employed personnel. Imperium Trade PR is not responsible for providing materials, equipment, financial support, or design services to the ambassador. The ambassador is encouraged to use their own creativity in preparing promotional content, provided that the content and all promotional methods comply with the laws of the Republic of Serbia and all other countries where they promote our products. Imperium Trade PR reserves the sole right to determine whether promotional methods or materials violate this agreement or applicable laws. Imperium Trade PR may terminate the collaboration at any time if it determines that the ambassador violates this agreement, misrepresents the brand, harms the company’s reputation, engages in illegal or unethical promotional practices, or otherwise acts contrary to the interests of the company. Termination may occur without prior notice or explanation, and the ambassador has no right to dispute or appeal the decision.

Ambassadors earn a commission on successful purchases generated through their unique tracking link. The commission percentage is determined individually between Imperium Trade PR and each ambassador. Imperium Trade PR may adjust, increase, or decrease an ambassador’s commission at its discretion. All successful sales attributed to the ambassador are tracked through a system that requires the ambassador’s full legal name and email address. Once approved and registered, the ambassador receives login details for the tracking account. The tracking account cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstances. If the ambassador generates any recorded sales, the account cannot be deleted, as accounting laws require financial data to be retained for legal and tax purposes. However, the ambassador may request deletion of their personal data in all areas where deletion is legally permitted, except where data must be stored due to accounting, fraud prevention, or transaction verification obligations.

Ambassadors may promote our products through any platform or method they choose, including paid advertising, provided that such advertising complies with the law, respects platform rules, does not infringe on the intellectual property of others, and does not mislead consumers. Imperium Trade PR reserves the right to prohibit any promotional method that it considers non-compliant, harmful, misleading, or inconsistent with our brand values. Imperium Trade PR is not responsible for any cost, loss, suspension, penalty, or account closure that the ambassador may incur due to their advertising activities.

Imperium Trade PR reserves the right to freeze or withhold unpaid commissions in order to cover refunds for sales generated by the ambassador. If a customer requests a refund for a sale associated with an ambassador, the commission from that sale is not payable. If unpaid commissions exist, they may be used to cover refund costs. If an ambassador is banned due to violation of this agreement or due to fraudulent, misleading, or harmful conduct, all unpaid commissions may be held and used to cover potential refund liabilities. The ambassador acknowledges and agrees that they have no right to reclaim these funds if they are used for that purpose. Imperium Trade PR does not confiscate funds arbitrarily; the only purpose for withholding unpaid commissions is ensuring customer refunds or resolving disputes related to ambassador-generated sales.

If an ambassador is banned, all collaborations end immediately, all access to the tracking system is revoked, and the ambassador permanently loses the right to participate in the program. Imperium Trade PR also reserves the right to permanently ban any applicant or ambassador without giving a reason. Candidates who are rejected may not apply again, and attempting to reapply using a different identity, email, or personal details will result in an immediate ban and cancellation of any associated payouts. Attempts to bypass a ban may also result in refunds being issued to customers for sales associated with fraudulent or misleading activity.

Ambassadors will receive email notifications for each successful sale attributed to their link. Commission payouts are issued by Imperium Trade PR either via bank transfer or cash, depending on the ambassador’s chosen method. The ambassador is responsible for any tax declarations required in their country of residence.

Imperium Trade PR is not responsible for any personal, financial, legal, or reputational damages arising from participation in the ambassador program. By participating, the ambassador agrees that Imperium Trade PR and all associated individuals bear no liability for losses resulting from advertising costs, platform bans, rejected payouts due to refund obligations, or termination of cooperation. The ambassador participates voluntarily and acknowledges that this agreement defines the entirety of the relationship between the parties.

Imperium Trade PR reserves the right to approve or reject any application. Once approved, the ambassador is bound by all terms of this agreement until the cooperation is terminated.

This Ambassador Agreement is publicly available on aerøne.com and may be updated at any time. Any updates become effective upon publication. By continuing to promote our products or by receiving commission payouts, the ambassador accepts all updated terms.
